Rates are subject to change without notice. 7% sales taxes is applicable to all fees charged. Venue Rental Fees are nonrefundable (ONLY date change will be offered).
Monday-Thursday Hourly Rate
$150 per hour
- 4 hour minimum
- $400 non-refundable retainer due at booking
- $150 additional cleaning fee
Friday Hourly Rate
$225 per hour
- 4 hour minimum
- 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking
- $150 additional cleaning fee
Saturday-Sunday Daily Rate
$1,400.00
- 10:00am-1:00am (premises must be completely vacated by 2:00am)
- 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking
- $150 additional cleaning fee
Bring Back Romance
$850
- Must be paid in full at time of booking
- Includes 2 hour venue rental, dinner for 2, dessert, music and decor
- Excludes Saturday & Sunday
Repast/Comfort
$600
- Must be paid in full at time of booking
- 3 hour repast ONLY 9am-5:00pm
- Complimentary 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown
- $150 additional cleaning fee
