Rates are subject to change without notice. 7% sales taxes is applicable to all fees charged. Venue Rental Fees are nonrefundable (ONLY date change will be offered).

Monday-Thursday Hourly Rate

$150 per hour

4 hour minimum
$400 non-refundable retainer due at booking
$150 additional cleaning fee

Friday Hourly Rate

50% non-refundable retainer due at booking

Saturday-Sunday Daily Rate

10:00am-1:00am (premises must be completely vacated by 2:00am)

Repast/Comfort
